DELIVERY TIMES

Information for calculating the delivery date

I make all your products to order for you in my Berlin studio. Therefore, give me between 4 and 10 days for the production.

Do you need your order at a faster time? Write me a message and we will agree individually whether delivery on the desired date is possible.

In the case of payment in advance, the period for delivery begins on the day after the payment order has been issued to the transferring bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after the conclusion of the contract and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day takes the place of such a day.

Delivery time from payment within Germany: 5 - 12 days

Delivery times Europe:

In the table below you will find the delivery times for shipping to other countries, which you have to add to the production time of 4 to 10 days.

Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, France, Benelux countries, Denmark, Poland:

3-5 days

Spain, Italy, Scandinavia, Great Britain,
rest of Europe:

3-7 days

Australia, Japan, Canada, Singapore, USA 7-14 days

If a delivery fails because the customer has provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, delivery will be attempted again only if the customer assumes the direct cost of re-shipping. These costs correspond to the shipping costs agreed upon conclusion of the contract.

info

Deliveries to countries outside the European Union may incur customs duties and import sales tax, which the customer must pay to the customs authorities upon receipt of the shipment. These charges are in addition to the purchase price and the shipping costs and cannot be influenced by the provider.
